When you change the perception of what you are capable of mentally, the physical effects follow. This challenge will be hard, and it will push you, but it will re-shape what you think is possible for you and expose you to new possibilities. This comes in the form of consistent physical effort, mental challenges, and refraining from mental crutches. Don’t worry, we take things one step at a time making new habits and challenges manageable. 

Remember: results are the body and mind’s adaptation to pushing limits.

I don’t need to explain all of the studies that talk about the benefit of physical exercise. This challenge is designed to get you moving every day in a manageable and healthy way. 

This comes in the form of a daily exercise that I program specifically for this challenge. You will get a full workout daily led by me via video. There will be hard days, and light days, but we will do them all together and make exercise fun!

What you put in your body can have a dramatic effect in a positive or negative way.

This challenge does address nutrition as a key element to successful living. That being said, I believe that a positive change to nutrition is only as successful as it is sustainable. We will include a few nutritional changes, but ones that will give you the most impact!

First 50 Of Forever – FAQ

What are the mental challenges like?

There are going to be 5 ‘mental’ challenges throughout these 50 days. 1 new challenge every 10 days, but that catch – they will rollover every 10 days. So, at the end of 40 days, all 5 challenges will be done together every single day for the last 10 days. We got this!

What are the workouts like?

The workouts will be roughly 1 hour per day 5 days/week. This can be done at home with minimal equipment (details to come) or in the gym. (There will be a version for each) The entire at home version will be on video, so you can join me! There will be a baseline the first week which will be retested and destroyed during the last week!

What is the nutrition like?

If you are wondering about nutrition/diet – there is a nutrition challenge to this, but it will be very simple, challenging.. but simple. ie; no alcohol and eating your body weight in grams of protein every day, to name a couple. The first 50 of forever is meant to be an everlasting lifestyle, so creating a very strict diet in addition to the above, is almost a set up for failure and drop off early in the game, which is not what we want!
