5 minutes of writing. It can be anything you want! Something your grateful for, something you want to get off your chest, anything and everything is accepted here, let it out!
Donate/sell/throw away one item a day.
Having a hard time finding the time to go through the entire house? Throw/donate one thing every day for 3 weeks. You walk by things everyday you know aren’t necassary, get rid of it! Very refreshing!
